You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item, as long as it is unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. Gift cards cannot be returned, and sale items are not covered by our 30-day policy.
Simply email us at info@syvaire.com to request a return. Once it’s approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days. After that, delivery usually takes 4 to 9 working days, so 6 to 12 working days in total.
